Localization Project Manager M/F

As a Project Manager and in close cooperation with the translation, audio and QA team, the successful candidate will oversee and manage a localization project from start to finish. You will be the client's main point of contact, ensuring smooth and constant communication as well as being responsible for a timely and flawless delivery that matches Exequo's reputation in the field as a top-notch localization service provider. A possible relocation to one of our international offices (Paris, Berlin, Seattle) may be offered.


The Localization Project Manager will be accountable for the following tasks:

  • Analyze and identify the project scope, volume & requirements
  • Budget the project and schedule internal production
  • Manage the communication stream between the client and the departments involved
  • Coordinate and support the work of the different teams involved
  • Follow up on progress & milestones, file reports and inform the client on a regular basis
  • Manage deliverables, making sure they are top-notch quality

Candidate profile

  • 3+ years in a Project Management role, ideally in localization for the interactive entertainment industry
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and rigorous respect of deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous mind
  • Creative spirit with the ability to meet and exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication skills; flawless English is required, additional languages are a certain plus
  • Knowledge of video games and entertainment as a whole
  • Proficient in using CAT tools, MS Office & Project

Translation Intern M/F

Exequo is looking for an on-site French translation intern for a period of 5-6 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Translating and proofreading of video games;
  • Handling editorial (script, onscreen, press releases, etc.) or technical (manuals, EULAs, readme files, etc.) texts;
  • Harmonizing and creating glossaries

Candidate profile:

  • Interest in video games;
  • Thorough, creative & reactive;
  • Dynamic and versatile;
  • Flawless command of French
  • Perfect understanding of contemporary and idiomatic English;
  • Good knowledge of Office Pack & CAT software (MemoQ, SDLX, Trados, etc.);
  • A first experience in specialized translation is a bonus

Vendor & Resource Manager M/F


As a Vendor Manager you will be accountable for the following:

  • Developing and updating our worldwide vendor management program
  • Establishing and developing relations with all our existing and future partners across all functions (translators, recording studios,...)
  • Helping develop our global buy price strategy
  • Implementing quality metrics for all vendors globally and monitor quality using quality assessment templates provided by Exequo internal production teams
  • Reviewing current company NDAs
  • Coordinating new resource / partner identification & evaluation

As a Resource Coordinator you will be accountable for the following:

  • Maintaining communication with existing pool of translation, audio & LQA resources
  • Being on constant lookout for new and interesting profiles
  • Organize and supervise recruitment process following internal best practices
  • Help with the recruitment process across all positions


  • Previous experience in a similar position or as a vendor coordinator required
  • End-to-end knowledge of the video games localization production cycle: Cultural adaptation, audio recording, LQA and multimedia / video production
  • Knowledge of the video games industry
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational and contract management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with international offices & colleagues
